Burning Permits:

‘Burning Season’ is from January 5th – April 30th, 10am-4pm.

During this period fire officials will determine on a daily basis whether or not conditions are favorable for brush burning.

Permits, when issued, assign property owner’s a unique number for each burning season.  Each day individuals wish to burn they are to call the Bolton Police Department @ (978) 779-2276 and register with their assigned number.

Please print this application and return to the Bolton Fire Department during office hours: Monday through Friday 7:30a-3:30p.  Officials will review your application and notify you with your permit number shortly thereafter.
